Abstract
This policy provides guidance for staff (academic and general)
and students (undergraduate and postgraduate) on the practices
of the University of New
South Wales with respect to Intellectual Property. Matters
considered include the nature of Intellectual Property,
its ownership, exploitation and the specific procedures
adopted within the University.
