The Policy Management Unit (PMU) unit has responsibility for describing the University’s policy framework. This work is being carried out through the Policy Framework Project due for completion in January 2009 and includes:
describing the policy model which applies at the University;
establishing a policy development process which provides policy developers with necessary tools to facilitate effective policy creation and implementation;
